Week 1: You Matter

“My greatest hope for us all is that we find that self-love within because that is the generator of all things in our lives and with that self-love, we can shower each other in sisterhood …”

– Jada

Take part in the following activities throughout the week to enhance your healing journey:

    • List the moments in your life that you’ve experienced that made you feel as if you didn’t matter. What messaging is still imprinted in the way that you see yourself?
    • Reverse the old self- destructive messaging with a more empowering message that you will tell yourself when your mind is in conflict over those negative thoughts
    • Throughout the week put reminders all around you of this new messaging (post-it’s in your car, bathroom window).  Repetition and reminders are key to change these habits. This a small step in the process towards learning how to love ourselves unconditionally.

If you love what’s taking place each week, please invite another person on this journey. There’s room for everyone!
